For the last Car Culture mix of 2020, we're going to take you on a trip … a power trip, to be specific! No, one's getting delusions of grandeur or anything like that. We're talking about a trip through time, to check out some awesomely muscular cars and trucks from the good ol' U.S. of A.
These final five vehicles – also known as Mix 6, also known as the Power Trip mix – feature all-metal castings and Real Riders wheels. The 1991 GMC® Syclone debuted in the Mainline earlier this year, and makes an immediate premium jump in this collection with a new diecast chassis! Surprising as it may seem, the drag-racing specialist '18 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon hadn't received a premium treatment until this year, its third as a Hot Wheels casting. No time like the present! And neither had the Custom '72 Chevy LUV™, a perfect name for the truck that was also an acronym for "Light Utility Vehicle."
Joining them in the mix are a Plymouth Barracuda Hemi® and an '87 Buick® Regal™ GNX, both with MOPAR racing livery and logos. You can practically feel the energy pouring right through your screen with them – imagine how much of a charge you'll get when you see them on the pegs, and finally in your collection!
